Limited Warranty for Normal Wear & Tear:

1-Year Limited Warranty:

We assure you that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faulty craftsmanship. However, it does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Lifetime Warranty Option:

In addition to the 1-year limited warranty, we offer a lifetime warranty option. To be eligible for the lifetime warranty, you must opt-in by registering your product at taconets.com/warranty within 30 days of purchase. The lifetime warranty extends for the entire lifespan of the product, which is defined as sixty (60) months from the date of purchase. Please note that opting in for the lifetime warranty may require additional steps as outlined on the registration page.

Warranty Claim Process:

To make a warranty claim under either the 1-year limited warranty or the lifetime warranty, please contact our Customer Support team. You will need to provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue. If your product is eligible for warranty coverage, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product. Please note that shipping fees for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.

Exclusions:

Both the 1-year limited warranty and the lifetime warranty exclude coverage for damage caused by:

• Misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.

• Accidents or unauthorized modifications.

• Exposure to extreme conditions beyond normal use.

• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and fading of materials over time.

Limitation of Liability:

Our liability under these warranties is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective product as determined by us. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
